Not to worry. All our items have warranty. In case of a fault or damaged item, please contact us with pictures and videos and explaining the issue. If a part needs replacing we will send you a new one under warranty.

In the UK, electric bike motors are limited to 250W (15.5mph). Bikes above this are classed as a motorcycle/ moped and must not be rode outside private property unless it is registered or taxed.
In the US, restrictions for e-bikes vary, so be sure to have researched your states specific law before riding.
